Blue River Reservoir is a man-made lake in the Willamette National Forest in Lane County, Oregon, United States,[1][4] created for flood control and irrigation.[2] Despite the common presence of blue-green algae,[5][6] the lake is heavily used for recreation.[3] Trout are the principal fish, supplemented from local hatcheries.[1]
